Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery to remote locations may require additional time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To request a return or exchange, contact KS Textiles at [support email / WhatsApp number] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging and the purchase invoice intact.

Products that have been altered, stitched, washed, damaged after delivery or customised at the customer’s request are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned items will be inspected before an exchange or refund is approved.

Return shipping charges and refund processing timelines will be communicated after the request has been reviewed.
