Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email.

Delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. Delivery to remote locations may require additional time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To request a return or exchange, contact KS Textiles within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and the purchase invoice intact.

Products that have been altered, stitched, washed, damaged after delivery, or customised at the customer’s request are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned items will be inspected before a return, replacement, or exchange is approved.

KS Textiles does not offer monetary refunds. Eligible requests will be resolved through a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability and approval.

Return shipping charges and exchange arrangements will be communicated after the request has been reviewed.
