Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping is offered for orders above ₹5,000 within India.
- For orders below ₹5,000, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
- Snehalayaa Silks reserves the right to charge additional shipping for remote locations without prior notice.
International Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and paid upfront.
- Customs duties and local taxes, if applicable in the country of import, must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
- Snehalayaa Silks is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from customs clearance or unavailability of the recipient.
Additional Guidelines
- Only one shipping address is accepted per order. For multiple shipping addresses, separate orders must be placed.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.
- A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
- In rare cases of concurrent purchases leading to stock unavailability, Snehalayaa Silks reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
