Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

• For orders, shipping fee will be applicable based pincode.

• KS Textiles reserves the right to charge additional shipping for remote locations without prior notice.

International Shipping

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and paid upfront.

• Customs duties and local taxes, if applicable in the country of import, must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

• KS Textiles is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from customs clearance or unavailability of the recipient.

Additional Guidelines

• Only one shipping address is accepted per order. For multiple shipping addresses, separate orders must be placed.

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

• In rare cases of concurrent purchases leading to stock unavailability, KS Textiles reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
